It's been stormy at home this few days

Honestly speaking , I should have expected it

The night before band camp
A cold and harsh wind was already blowing
And distant rumblings of thunder could be heard

I went for band camp
I had fun
My sister gave me good news about her PSLE
Exactly the kind of good weather before a violent storm

Then I went home
Tired
But relieved that the wind and rumblings were no longer there
Or so I thought

Suddenly, the storm came
A colder and harsher wind blew
Lightning flashed
Thunder roared
And the rain came down
Once, twice
Three times, four

And the sky cleared
The fiercest, scariest storm I've experienced in my life
Was gone

Over

Is it going to remain that way, I ask myself
It better not rain again

Hopefully, someone will actually notice that black cat and click on it... *hint hint*

Finished ironing the drawing papers yesterday night (Yeah, ironing-- I didn't type wrongly and there's nothing wrong with your eyes.... Or my brain... Haha)... Done with the edges today... Hmm... So I'm only left with the actual words...

I'm quite happy with the 2 pieces of papers at the moment... Ironing them produced some neat patterns and slight 'scorch marks' on the papers... And on the ironing board cover as well... =3 But that's absolutely unintentional-- turn the heat too low, the scorch marks'll never appear; turn it too high, you melt the ironing board cover... *Haizz* My mother hasn't noticed it, yet... (-_-)'''

But they smell burnt... Yeah, they're literally burnt, but smelling burnt isn't that nice... I'm hoping that the potpourri will cover that up...

Anyway, farewell audition tomorrow... And how prepared are we??? *looks super innocent* Oh yeah, and speaking about that, we're having Chem lesson on the second day of Band Camp... What a coincidence... =(

Anndddd, finally, 宫 ends today! I kinda like the show... Especially with the use of that/ the bears... Haha... Gonna miss it... Think I'll probably buy the soundtrack cos I like the songs too much... My sister's more interested in the 'extras' one though... Haha...

Oh yeah, I know I'm very kiasu, but I've already watched Wednesday's and Thursdays's episodes of Inuyasha... Hehe... So that I won't be lost when I finally get to watch on Friday night... =]

++ I've more or less updated a bit on the links... I'll update somemore one day... And maybe go tag all the tagboxes another day... When I'm feeling more hardworking... (Goodness knows when that day is... Haha...)

I suck at badminton... Haizz... And playing a game with someone who's about the same standard doesn't help at all... Well, at least I got to laugh at our stupid moves (or rather, misses) and exercise a little bit...

Finished DN Angel! Yay! But yeah, actually, I watched only 2 episodes off Youtube... Seen the rest on TV already... More importantly, I also watched all 3 FMA OAVs/OVAs (whichever one you prefer)... Neat... Haha...

Oh yeah, and I played the whole of that etude for the first time today... Yay yay yay!!! Just in time for me to polish it up before the rehearsal! =]

It was very warm in the morning at home, which is somewhat unusual, cos me and my sister have a bad habit of “去到哪里，风扇也开到哪里”(switching on the fan wherever [we] go)... Btw, that's what my mother always say... Haha...

Anyway, when I stepped out of the house to go Kumon, oh man, it was blazing hot... But there were clouds in the sky... You know, the kind of... Er... Well, the"rain" clouds... The grey ones... Those that signal that heavy rain's up next... But their rain never did pour down... The clouds kept blanketing the sun, so one moment the weather's nice and quite bearable, and then horribly and unbearably hot the next... Oh yeah, there's some breeze too... But it's warm... =[ [Okay, I just realised that if Mrs Ong sees this, she'll probably want to strangle me for being unable to name that cloud... ] And all this in mid-November... Where the weather's supposed to be cool and wet from the NE Monsoon... [See? I do remember something from all the Geog lessons... Haha...]

Concert rehearsal's next Wednesday... And I still feel so utterly unprepared... I really should go practise the etude now... But I've made up my mind to watch DN Angel from Youtube today... Haha... So... To Youtube I go!!!

At band today, we spent like what, half an hour, choreographing this jiggle for about 8 bars of melody... Then, I thought it's okay, but I'm having doubts about it now... I'm thinking it's gonna look a bit weird with the Horns doing the odd/even sequence right next to us... *Haizz* Arghhh...

Anyway, 宫 is ending soon! Yay! Not that I hate it, but it's getting kinda draggy... Can't wait for them to reconcil... Haha... Ok, whatever...

Band Camp next week... Am I prepared?? Hmm...

1. predict that I won't be getting a new computer or anything like that in the near future

So I downloaded it... Haha...

It's pretty impressive... If only it's the real thing... Haizz... The screenshot they showed in the newspaper's making my hands itch for the real thing... O_o

Aisyah! Candy! We've gotten your farewell presents!!! Yay! Haha...

But they're just so-so... So don't get your hopes too high... Haha... We actually wanted to include a pair of earrings... But, nobody could recall if Aisyah even pierced her ears... Haha... Stupid us...

Oh yeah, saw the soundtracks of FF VIII and XII (if I remembered correctly) on sale at this shop in PS... Wonder it they have the soundtrack for FF7:AC?? =3

I finished FMA!! The movie too!!

Last Saterday, to be exact, though... I didn't really have time to blog... But gosh, those who don't watch FMA are missing LOADS... I'll rate the anime 5/5, 10/10, whatever the full mark is... But the movie, it's disappointing... Particularly the plot and the ending... Especially the plot... But if the ending could be 'happier', then I wouldn't mind that much... Still, you get to see Edward looking really good in lots of suits, be somewhat amused at Al's "imitations", and wonder at Mustang's doings... Haha...

Anyway, facing lots of problems... See no end to it... Urgh...

Heard that it's audition for the farewell performance item tomorrow... Haven't the faintest idea what to do...

Oh yeah, went to get my new specs today... Nearly died on the journey there and back... But I've got my specs on my nose now... And they're purple... Haha...

Okay, I better go finish up my Amaths... If not Bao Hui'll find something 'ahhh' to say about it... Haha...

I feel so lousy now... I can't do amaths (but after some kind soul shows me her workings, I'll go into it's-so-simple-why-can't-I-solve-it mode), seriously stuck and fed up with my Kumon worksheets, tired of having lessons every single day during a 'holiday', and there's still the farewell stuff waiting... Plus I'm worried about my ABRSM exam pieces and concert pieces, and how I'm gonna juggle so much stuff ('O' levels, ABRSM practical, ABRSM theory, SYF, Kumon) next year ...

And there's some Bio prac tomorrow and I know I really should at least flip through the textbook and notes if I want to pass it, but my brain really wants to 'hibernate' and just watch FMA...

See? I haven't progressed much, and the suspense's keeping me on tenterhooks... Grrr...

Maybe I should go read a bit of Bio now...

And, as you can see (or maybe not), I'm getting closer and closer to my goal of finishing the anime... Episode count: [38] Heehee... Somehow, even after watching so far, every episode never fails amaze me... I'm sooooooooooo looking forward to watching more tmr...Still... *Haizz* Lessons start tomorrow...

Up tomorrow morning: Amaths and Chem (+1h of the remaining band prac after that) O_o

And I'm so not looking forward to wearing the orange band tee... (-_-)'''

And I haven't done my Kumon ws for today cos I'm like having a very minor headache now and I'm not in the mood to deal with discriminants... -_-

I'm so proud of myself-- I finally cleaned up my desk today... Clean up as in wipe off all the dust and more... Did the same with the shelves around it and also the computer area... Haha... But that took up the entire morning and afternoon... *sigh*

I intend to watch anime tonight... I don't think I'm starting on my holiday homework soon... At least not till I finish with Fullmetal... Haha... I feel guilty though...

Yesterday was Halloween... Wouldn't it be fun if Halloween is celebrated in Singapore?? I'd love to run around in a costume... Heehee =]
